Refund policy

At Herbella Botanics every bottle is put into packaging with care. Since the hair oils and hair care products from Herbella Botanics are hygiene and cosmetic products Herbella Botanics.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Returns

Because of hygiene and safety all sales are final. Herbella Botanics cannot take back items for opened and unopened product.

Refunds

Refunds are not given for

• Deciding to return something because of a change of mind

• A person’s choice about the smell or feel of a product

• Products that have been used or opened

• Orders that were placed incorrectly by the customer

Damaged or Wrong Product?

If you get a damaged item or a product that is not correct, please get in touch with Herbella Botanics within 48 hours after the delivery. You need to provide:

• Your order number

• Photos that clearly show the product and the packaging

Once it is checked, Herbella Botanics will send an item without any extra cost.
